What makes Camp Awana Honors Camp so different from an ordinary church camp?  Honors Camp is basically a leadership training camp. All the campers have completed their Awana handbooks. So the main goal of Camp Awana Honors Camp is different from regular church camps, which focuses primarily on salvation. Occasionally, Honor Campers do trust Christ as their savior, but most of the campers are actively walking with the Lord. Honors Camp is a great environment for training and encouraging them to become leaders.

Camp Awana Honors Camp is a fantastic place filled with exciting activities. Camp leaders are dedicated to helping campers develop a burden and vision to allow the Lord to use their lives. Honors Camp allows leaders to be with the students 24 hours a day for a full week. Campers are influenced by godly leaders as they begin making some of the most important decisions of their lives.
